The attorneys at Shell, Fleming, Davis & Menge represent a wide range of backgrounds and experiences and have very diversified practice areas including litigation, real estate, wills, trusts, mediations, probate, criminal law, employment law, family law and intellectual property. Additionally, several of our attorneys are Board Certified by the Florida Bar in their practice specialties: real estate, criminal trial and civil trial. Two of our attorneys have a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) in Taxation.
Our attorneys belong to and have served on boards and in leadership positions for numerous local, state and national, civic and professional organizations, including the Defense Research Institute, Ronald McDonald House, Covenant Hospice, Inc., Baptist Health Ventures, Inc., Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Escambia County Republican Party, Alfred I. DuPont Foundation and Baptist Healthcare, Inc. Our attorneys are admitted in state and federal courts throughout Florida. In addition to serving Pensacola and Northwest Florida, we also have attorneys admitted to practice law in Alabama, Georgia, and New York.
