The Firm represents primarily employers, providing advice and assistance in all types of employment-related circumstances. In the non-litigation arena, the Firm provides services relating to the drafting and interpretation of employment agreements, policy manuals and procedures, and retirement plans. The Firm also offers training seminars and instruction for management personnel in order to keep them up to date on the latest requirements of the various state and federal employment laws.

As far as litigation is concerned, the Firm provides representation in all matters relating to:

    * Sexual harassment
    * Discrimination based upon sex, race, age or religion
    * Disability discrimination
    * Wrongful discharge
    * Wage and hour disputes
    * Non-competition agreements, enforcement and disputes
    * Allegations of FLMA violations
