Experience

Charles Hoffman has primarily practiced in the areas of real property law, estate and gift taxation, probate, and general business and commercial law since joining Shell, Fleming, Davis & Menge in 1977. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the United States Tax Court.

In 1983, Mr. Hoffman obtained an LLM in taxation from the University of Alabama. He has also been a non-practicing member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1984. In law school at the University of Florida, he served as Executive Editor of the Law Review.

Community Service

Mr. Hoffman is active in the Five Flags Sertoma Club, and is a strong supporter of Pensacola Catholic High School. He is also active at St. Paul Catholic Church.
