Experience

Braden K. Ball Jr. has practiced in most areas of civil law, with an emphasis in real estate, estate planning, probate, association law and civil litigation during his 12-year legal career.

Mr. Ball, who was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996, is currently a member of the American Bar Association and Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association.

At Stetson University College of Law, Mr. Ball was a member of the International Legal Fraternity, Phi Delta Phi, and was on the Dean’s List for three semesters.

Community Service

Braden has been a member and a director of the Alfred I. DuPont Foundation since 1997, which is a charitable organization that assists elderly people and makes donations to other charitable organizations across the state of Florida. Braden is also on the ARC Gateway Foundation Board and the Administrative Board for First United Methodist Church.
